• Responsible for successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services.
• Lead process discovery, re-engineering, improvement, and analysis sessions.
• Document, prioritize, and support delivery of overall solutions.
• Prepare and lead process discovery and requirement workshops.
• Identify areas of process/platform improvement and recommend solutions.
• Design and deliver tailored ServiceNow solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate for continuous improvement of customer delivery.
• Maintain expertise in ServiceNow products and processes.
• Manage multiple complex projects or initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in ITSM / ITOM Visibility product implementation.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years working with the ServiceNow platform.
• 2+ years’ experience in management consulting or process design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional skills documenting process design and business requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience advising executives.
• Implementation certifications preferred.
