Overview

The Principal Business Process Consultant will work with customers to guide them in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of ServiceNow products, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

In Short

• Be the process expert on ServiceNow product best practices.
• Conduct process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis workshops.
• Lead customer design workshops and support key process owners.
• Draft user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile Development.
• Support internal testing and customer acceptance testing.
• Prepare customer-facing deliverables focused on process.
• Monitor project scope and resolve critical issues.
• Up to 50% travel based on customer needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of consulting experience with global organizations.
• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service and Field Service systems.
• Proven ability to convert business requirements to configurations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and relevant implementor certifications.
