Overview

The Principal Business Process Consultant for ITx Workflows will lead a re-implementation project for a legacy customer, ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services in a client consulting environment.

In Short

• Lead process discovery and requirement workshops with customer sponsors.
• Document and validate business, functional design, and process requirements.
• Identify areas of process/platform improvement and recommend solutions.
• Provide guidance on tools, features, and processes available on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure all process-related deliverables are complete and high quality.
• Design and deliver tailored ServiceNow solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate to support continuous improvement of customer delivery.
• Invest and maintain expertise in ServiceNow products and processes.
• 5+ years of experience in ITx product implementation and process consulting.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ITx product implementation and process consulting.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years working with the ServiceNow platform.
• 5+ years’ experience in management consulting or process design.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset.
• Experience leading complex strategic initiatives.
• Implementation certifications preferred but not required.
