In Short

• Join the ServiceNow division to optimize client production activities.
• Work on various domains including ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Support companies in implementing ServiceNow strategies.
• Identify and document business use cases.
• Optimize functional processes and design technical solutions.
• Assist clients with functional and technical choices.

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+3 degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
