Overview

The GM People Analytics CoE is looking for a People Analytics Consultant to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic talent decisions and enhance employee experience.

• Lead complex people analytics projects from hypothesis development to insight delivery.
• Provide consultative support to HR stakeholders on data-driven insights.
• Identify key insights around organizational health and talent planning.
• Grow relationships with HR leaders and understand their business challenges.
• Develop actionable, data-driven recommendations for stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of People Analytics solutions.
• Inform analytics solutions roadmap based on stakeholder feedback.
• Strong understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with inferential statistics techniques.
• Experience with SQL, R, Python, and Power BI is a plus.

Requirements

• 8+ years of client-facing People Analytics or Human Capital Consulting experience.
• Highly data-driven with strong consulting and communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into insights for business problems.
• Degree with a quantitative focus or in HR is a plus.
• Strong data analytics skills leveraging multiple data sources.
