Overview

The Director - Enterprise Sales (UK & Western Europe) at General Assembly (GA) is a senior sales leadership role responsible for both achieving their own individual sales quota and leading a team of Senior Account Directors to meet and exceed their respective quotas.

  • Lead a team of Senior Account Directors in achieving sales quotas.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for UK & Western Europe.
  • Drive personal sales performance while inspiring the team.
  • Manage day-to-day sales discipline and pipeline management.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders at large enterprise clients.
  • Implement processes and leverage technology for sales efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Report to the Chief Revenue Officer.
  • Travel as needed for client engagements and industry events.
  • Experience in consultative sales with large clients is essential.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of personal sales experience and 2 years in sales leadership.
  • Experience selling corporate learning solutions preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proven success in managing large accounts and securing new business.
  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of legal terms.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
