Regional Account Executive - General Pediatrics - Remote

Overview

GeneDx is seeking a high-performing and strategically minded General Pediatrician Regional Account Executive (RAE) to lead growth efforts in their territory, focusing on expanding access to advanced genetic testing services.

In Short

• Drive territory growth by prospecting and closing new business.
• Serve as the first line of account management for healthcare providers.
• Deliver tailored sales presentations to communicate the value of services.
• Coordinate and execute in-person and virtual client meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth service delivery.
• Lead educational efforts and engagement initiatives within the territory.
• Stay current on clinical genomics developments and testing guidelines.
• Maintain high field presence with 4.5 days per week spent in the field.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and maintain a development pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in healthcare sales or 2+ years as a genetic counselor.
• Experience selling into general pediatric practices preferred.
• Possess keen technical aptitude for managing multiple business opportunities.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
