Overview

The EFAST2 Customer Service Specialist II will support the ERISA Filing Acceptance System 2 by providing expert customer service to employee benefit plan administrators and others on behalf of the U.S. Department of Labor and the IRS.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 1+ years of related experience in call center or helpdesk.
  • Ability to obtain a Minimum Background Investigation clearance.
  • Minimum typing speed of 20 WPM.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to learn quickly and provide unscripted responses.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
