Salesforce Developer - Remote

Overview

The Salesforce Developer will support Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) activities by developing and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform.

In Short

• 100% remote position with work schedules based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• 90% of the role involves programming using Apex and Salesforce Lightning components.
• Develop custom Lightning components and maintain fluency with Salesforce query languages.
• Participate in the full application life cycle from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and various stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• 8+ years of hands-on programming experience required.
• Must possess Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications.
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud environments preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Salary range is based on experience and location.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and architecture.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve defects during project delivery.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• U.S. residency for the past 3 out of 5 years required.
• Willingness to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance.
• Preferred experience in the healthcare service industry.
