Salesforce Developer - Remote

Overview

GoodLeap is seeking two Salesforce Developers to support the ongoing enhancement of GoodLeap’s Salesforce platform, working closely with various teams to design, develop, and deploy new or enhanced functionality.

In Short

• Support two Salesforce environments for 1000+ users.
• Develop technical designs for projects using out-of-the-box features and custom code.
• Architect enhancements to the data model and data flow.
• Build custom apps and objects, flows, and views.
• Assess impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related systems.
• Evaluate and deploy new development requests using various Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with team members in refinement sessions and code reviews.
• Manage data feeds and integrations, performing system audits.
• Act as a liaison between users, vendors, and development teams.
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification required.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Knowledge of SOQL/SQL and JavaScript.
• Experience with API Integrations and MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with Git, Github, and CI/CD.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with large data sets and bulkification.
• Experience in SCRUM or agile environments.
