Overview

Responsible for delivering enthusiastic, professional quality service to customers as well as bank personnel with regard to all financial products and services offered through traditional and/or digital channels.

In Short

  • Efficiently serves the needs of internal and external customers.
  • Answers inbound telephone calls and responds to customer inquiries.
  • Maintains telephone call statistics and documents account information.
  • Adheres to privacy of customer information in a remote environment.
  • Processes telephone transfers and loan payments.
  • Monitors and responds to online chats from the website.
  • Maintains knowledge of regulations governing banking transactions.
  • Assists customers with Internet Banking and Bill Pay.
  • Responsible for answering debit card inquiries.
  • Video Teller assistance for ITMs.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge of deposits, loans, and banking products.
  • Minimum of two years customer service experience.
  • Ability to work independently and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 360 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to the office for periodic meetings.
  • Ability to work outside normal banking hours.
  • Flexible and dependable.
  • Relationship builder.
