Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at Gcore, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers and internal users while working with cutting-edge cloud services and technologies.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
  • Understanding of hardware and software diagnostics.
  • Experience with Linux (Ubuntu or CentOS).
  • Hands-on experience with API.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and soft skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
