Requirements

  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience.
  • Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Understanding of hardware and software diagnostics.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Excellent customer advocacy and soft skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Quick learner and organized.
  • Responsible and optimistic with strong communication skills.
  • Able to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks.
