Overview

The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for reproducing, analyzing, and resolving customer incidents while collaborating with various departments to ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.
  • Familiarity with back-office systems in gaming.
  • Basic understanding of live gaming rules.
  • Proficient in Jira and Zendesk.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience with monitoring tools.
