Overview

The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for reproducing, analyzing, and resolving customer incidents while collaborating with various departments to ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements

At least 1 year of client support experience.
Intermediate+ English level.
Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.
Familiarity with back-office systems in gaming.
Basic understanding of live gaming rules.
Proficient in Jira and Zendesk.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Experience with monitoring tools.
