• Participate in discussions on quantitative product construction, providing reasonable suggestions for product planning and design.
• Conduct a series of quality assurance activities, controlling product quality and user experience throughout the process.
• Utilize testing tools, auxiliary scripts, and automation to ensure project quality and improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of testing development experience, with at least 1 year in financial/quantitative testing.
• Proficient in Python or at least one programming language, familiar with testing frameworks like Pytest.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter/Locust), with experience in tuning high concurrency and low latency systems.
• Basic knowledge in financial trading and traditional securities.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
