Overview

The Account Manager will oversee clients in our mid-market book of business, focusing on relationship management and day-to-day client management to ensure overall success and retention.

• Ensure excellent client experience for assigned book of business

• Manage strong day-to-day broker and client relationships
• Collaborate with product, sales, and member services teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing a B2B book of business in healthcare
• Experience supporting clients to maximize SaaS solution value
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships
• Passion for improving the healthcare system

• Base salary range of $90,000 - $112,000
