Overview

This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Member Experience division and member service support to collegiate chapters, members and volunteers.

In Short

  • Perform routine check-ins on chapter operations and good standing requirements.
  • Review and follow-up with collegiate chapter officers for educational requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for annual initiatives.
  • Review collegiate chapter rosters for accuracy.
  • Facilitate documentation and communication of member processes.
  • Assist chapters with financial records maintenance.
  • Process membership resignation requests.
  • Support division initiatives with reports and presentations.
  • Provide member service support via phone and email.
  • Maintain collegiate chapter files and manage records in the database.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in non-profit or administrative functions.
  • Working knowledge of membership database software (iMIS) and learning management software (Top Class).
  • Understanding of higher education and experience with college students.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with membership databases is desired.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel for in-person meetings.
  • Customer-service oriented professional demeanor.
