Overview

This position is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of collegiate chapters, supporting assigned Chapter Services program(s) and implementing initiatives as directed by the Sorority’s strategic plan.

In Short

  • Oversee and support day-to-day chapter services operations.
  • Support chapters in meeting strategic goals and key performance indicators.
  • Serve as the primary contact for fraternity and sorority advisors.
  • Supervise collegiate leadership consultants and volunteer team members.
  • Implement chapter operations procedures.
  • Assist chapters with annual assessments and reporting.
  • Provide chapter discipline support.
  • Manage crisis response as needed.
  • Conduct chapter visits for training and coaching.
  • Support volunteer recruitment for advisors.
  • Assist with software for finance and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred.
  • 3-5 years related experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and database software (iMIS).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Organized, accurate, and efficient.
  • Collaborative work practices and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in nonprofit organizations is a plus.
  • Gamma Phi Beta membership preferred.
  • Collegiate leadership consultant experience helpful.

Benefits

  • Compensation is commensurate with experience and education.
  • Annual salary range of $55,000-$60,000.
  • Full benefits package including health, life, and dental insurance.
  • 12 days of vacation plus sick time and personal days.
  • Two weeks of additional paid time off over winter break.
