In Short

  • Analyze and resolve connectivity issues (xDSL, fiber, mobile) and NGN (VoIP).
  • Act as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries.
  • Communicate with customers, partners, and system houses for efficient problem-solving.
  • Clarify complex issues through targeted discussions with internal specialists.
  • Document support processes and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist in optimizing existing support processes and documentation.
  • Analyze connection data (CDRs) for fraud detection.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical training.
  • Interest in telecommunications and technical contexts.
  • Knowledge in NGN, xDSL, fiber, and mobile.
  • Analytical thinking and quick comprehension.
  • Strong customer orientation and solution-oriented work.
  • Confident and friendly demeanor on the phone.
  • Good communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
  • Team player with initiative and a willingness to learn.
