In Short

• Validation of billing from network operators to ensure correct data flows
• 2nd-level support and technical customer support for complex issues related to our IoT platform
• Administration and maintenance of network operator portals at a deep technical level
• Utilization and further development of internal calculation tools for billing and process optimization
• Participation in the development and continuous improvement of our network operator portals
• Integration and maintenance of interfaces to network operators (API, data formats, automation)
• Responsibility for maintaining price lists
• Monitoring and support of the BillRun process for automated billing
• Support of IT infrastructure, including shaping technical solutions
• Further development of our eSIM solutions, including technical support and integration

Requirements

• Completed technical training or comparable (commercial) qualification with technical understanding
• Experience with billing systems, APIs, network operator portals, and/or IoT platforms is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, high technical affinity, and structured working style
• Enjoyment of complex technical contexts and their optimization
• Technical interest and the ability to quickly grasp complex processes
• Team player with loyalty, who takes responsibility and acts reliably
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor – even in negotiation situations
• Structured and goal-oriented working style, with an eye for detail and adherence to deadlines
• Creativity and conscientiousness to actively shape processes
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good English skills round off your profile
