Compliance QA Associate Manager - Remote

Overview

Gameloft is seeking an experienced QA Associate Manager for its Compliance QA Team to ensure games meet compliance standards and to mentor the team.

In Short

• Lead and manage Compliance QA activities.
• Develop and implement Compliance strategies and policies.
• Oversee daily activities of Compliance QA Leads.
• Ensure adherence to submissions roadmaps.
• Identify areas for improvement in QA workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality goals.
• Define and track key QA Compliance metrics.
• Prepare reports and presentations for upper management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks proactively.
• Stay updated on Compliance trends and technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Compliance management or technical role.
• Expertise in Compliance for at least one Console platform.
• Experience with multiple gaming platforms.
• Knowledge of the Submission pipeline for Console platforms.
• Worked on 3+ major Console/PC titles.
• Experience with 5+ Development Teams.
• Understanding of Automation/AI in Compliance flows.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with industry-specific standards.
