PlayStation Compliance QA Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced PlayStation Compliance QA Specialist to join our Compliance QA Team at Gameloft, where we create exciting gaming experiences for players worldwide.

In Short

• Responsible for ensuring games pass submissions without issues.
• Stay updated on platform-related and industry best practices.
• Provide advice to Development Teams on compliance implementations.
• Facilitate information and mentorship to Compliance QA Testers.
• Identify and track bugs that could fail submissions.
• Communicate with Development Teams on critical issues.
• Drive best practice implementations within the team.
• Ensure adherence to Compliance standards by Development Teams.
• Stay informed about platform-specific Compliance trends.
• Escalate identified risks to QA Lead and Manager.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in PlayStation Compliance QA.
• Expert knowledge of Sony PlayStation platform and processes.
• Experience with the Sony Submission pipeline.
• Experience working with multiple Development Teams.
• Knowledge of Automation/AI integration in Compliance flows is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Gaming Production & Delivery pipelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Emerging leadership and team-building abilities.
• Client-oriented with a focus on solving Compliance needs.
