Overview

The Legal Counsel (Licensing) will manage legal support for company setups and maintenance across various jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and handling documentation.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day legal support in multiple jurisdictions
• Open and maintain accounts in banks and financial institutions
• Work with legal, corporate, and financial documents
• Maintain internal registers and arrange documentation
• Conduct correspondence with international law firms and external providers
• Act as point of contact for corporate setups among various departments
• Conduct legal research related to corporate and regulatory processes
• Participate in ad-hoc projects related to corporate setups

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a legal, project management, or compliance role
• Fluency in Russian and English
• A university degree in Law, Economics, Management, or related field
• Understanding of AML/KYC procedures
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work with high accuracy
• Experience in international tax optimization is a plus
