Overview

The Product Manager for the Payment Gateway will develop and articulate a product strategy aligned with the company's goals, leading the end-to-end product lifecycle and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure successful delivery and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, 3+ years in payment gateway products.
• Experience building or scaling gateway platforms.
• Strong technical understanding of payment flows and API structures.
• Experience with routing logic and transaction scoring features.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across multiple departments.
• Experience taking a product from 0 to 1 in SaaS.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Russian and B2 level or above in English.
