Overview

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance for fintech products, and advising on Cyprus law.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience as a lawyer, preferably in fintech or IT.
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus law.
• Experience with Cyprus IP Box regime.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, proactive approach.
• Familiarity with international fintech regulations.
• Fluent in English; Russian is a plus.
