Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel who is eager to apply their knowledge of international law, gain hands-on experience in a global IT company, and work directly with clients from all over the world.

In Short

• Negotiate, draft, and review Statements of Work (SOWs) and other client-related contracts.
• Conduct investigations and resolve incidents in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Handle intellectual property (IP) matters, including copyright infringement cases.
• Evaluate vendors and perform due diligence on their contracts.
• Provide legal advice on contractual and compliance-related matters.
• Monitor changes in international legislation affecting the business.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional legal experience in commercial or technology law.
• Experience in negotiating, drafting, and aligning contracts.
• Strong analytical, legal, and research skills.
• Master's degree in law.
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian (spoken and written).
• Goal-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
