Legal Counsel - Remote

As we continue to expand our global operations, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Legal Counsel to join our international Legal Team and support our activities in Mexico and beyond.

In Short

• Provide strategic and hands-on legal support across multiple jurisdictions.
• Focus on corporate, employment, and clinical trial contracting matters.
• Work closely with global teams and local stakeholders.
• Conduct legal research and due diligence on regulatory environments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts.
• Monitor local and global legislative changes.
• Provide legal risk assessments to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure legal documents meet internal quality standards.
• Align with global legal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Report to a Global Legal Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a legal professional.
• At least 2 years in a pharmaceutical, hospital, or CRO environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical/clinical research regulations.
• Law degree from a recognized university in Mexico.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level).
• Advanced MS Word and PDF formatting skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a multicultural environment.
