Overview

We’re on the hunt for a brilliant and proactive Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. You’ll have a hands-on role, working with teams across the company and helping us navigate the challenges of scaling a fast-moving tech business.

In Short

Draft, negotiate, and review all kinds of contracts.
Develop our contracting strategy.
Oversee our data protection strategy and processes.
Stay up-to-date on the latest legal and regulatory developments.
Collaborate with other teams across the business.
Provide training on data protection questions.

Balance legal risks with commercial realities.

Be proactive in problem-solving.

Requirements

Qualified solicitor with around 3 years’ PQE or in-house experience.
Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Excited about using technology in legal processes.
Capable of juggling different priorities.
