Requirements

• Membership in good standing to the Philippine Bar.
• 2-3 years of legal experience.
• Experience with corporate law and commercial contracts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Superior judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Efficiently work independently and manage projects.
• Willingness to work across time zones.
• Experience in consumer finance and fintech is a plus.
