Overview

As a Legal Counsel at Telnyx, you will collaborate with the legal team and management to support our global operations and help drive efficiency across diverse squads.

• Support a wide range of contract, compliance, and operational needs across the business.
• Develop, refine, and document legal processes, including compliance protocols.
• Evaluate and implement legal technology platforms, including AI-driven solutions.
• Work directly with teams to remove legal blockers and keep projects moving forward.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate on compliance strategies aligned with global requirements.
• Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks and use technology to stay ahead.
• Participate in investor, lender, customer, and vendor interactions.
• Develop internal policies reflecting legal obligations and business priorities.
• 0–3 years of experience as an attorney with a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited school.

• Active state bar license in the United States.
• Located in the continental U.S. to align with team operations.
