Overview

As Tech Lead in Future's Apps Team, you'll work in close collaboration with the wider Technology & Engineering department to ensure the delivery of a scalable, well-structured, efficient “multi-brand” app platform integrated with a broader range of internal and external services.

In Short

• Lead the development of mobile app products for a range of brands.
• Work on both green-field projects and maintain legacy systems.
• Responsible for scoping new system architectures.
• Collaborate with other teams to build new services and products.
• Track record building successful React Native apps (iOS & Android).
• Experienced in diverse app theming and functionality.
• Knowledge of deployment processes and CI/CD.

• Practical experience using AI tools to manage output effectively.

Requirements

• Strong skills in TypeScript, Swift, and Kotlin/Java.
• Experience with technologies like Tamagui.
• Understanding of UX and accessibility best practices.
• Experience with DevOps and AWS.
• Knowledgeable in modern web development.
• Experience with event-driven architectures.
• Ability to mentor teams on best practices.
• Experience with integration of various APIs.
• Familiarity with async operations and queues.
• Experience using AI tools like Cursor.
