We are looking for a Webinar and Event Moderator / Host to be an on-screen face and voice of our B2B brands. This role is crucial for creating and delivering engaging and impactful content for our audiences. The host will guide discussions, facilitating Q&A, and representing our company at virtual and in-person events. You will transform technical and complex B2B topics into accessible, dynamic, and compelling video and live experiences that educate our audience and promote our position as an expert in the industry.

In Short

• Host and moderate B2B webinars, video interviews, and live event segments.
• Engage the audience by monitoring live chat, polls, and Q&A.
• Collaborate with content teams to shape narratives and ensure brand alignment.
• Manage technical issues on webinar platforms and video production equipment.
• Act as a professional brand ambassador conducting interviews.
• Guide clients and presenters through the event process.
• Record and prepare content for editing.

Requirements

• Experience as a moderator or host in B2B media or marketing.
• Articulate with the ability to improvise on-screen.
• Calm under pressure, managing live environment challenges.
• Interest in B2B topics like technology, IT security, and business leadership.
• 3+ years of experience with webinar platforms and video tools.
• Task management skills using tools like Asana and Dropbox.
