Systems Application Support Analyst - Remote

Overview

Fusion HCR is hiring for a 1 Year Contract position as a Systems Application Support Analyst, primarily working remotely with clients in the government sector.

In Short

• Support project/product implementations for the IT Public Safety Team.
• Work with various fire and police applications such as Everbridge and Tableau.
• Oversee application vendor activities during system implementations.
• Coordinate with customers and IT divisions on technical tasks.
• Prepare weekly status reports and timesheets.
• Conduct Information Security Application Reviews.
• Upgrade SQL Database servers and perform maintenance upgrades.
• Create and update technical documentation and data flow diagrams.
• Generate reports using SSRS or Power BI.
• Migrate custom knowledge base systems.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in enterprise-level systems support.
• Knowledge of systems implementation and software development practices.
• Experience with SQL queries and database tools.
• Understanding of firewalls and secure application access.
• Proficient in Windows system/server administration.
• Ability to analyze business processes and write technical documents.
• Familiarity with network traffic monitoring tools.
• Experience with web server software like IIS and Apache.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C# and .NET.
• Experience working with confidential data and government agencies.
