Overview

Fusion HCR is seeking a highly experienced SharePoint Architect / SME to lead the design, deployment, and implementation of a SharePoint collaboration platform for clients in the hospitality and gaming industry.

In Short

• Contract position with international travel requirements.
• Lead the design and implementation of SharePoint environments.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
• Define architecture and implement governance for SharePoint.
• Travel to the UAE required during key project phases.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and hybrid deployments.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Document architecture and operational procedures.
• Support user adoption and organizational readiness.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with SharePoint architecture and deployment.
• Strong expertise with SharePoint Online and hybrid models.
• Experience in designing enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with identity management and access control.
• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Experience supporting international deployments.
• Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Azure preferred.
