We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing SMB Account Executive to join Fundraise Up, a leading fundraising platform for non-profit organizations.

In Short

• OTE: $125,000 - $145,000
• Base Salary: $75,000 - $80,000
• Location: remote in USA
• Stock options
• Experience selling B2B tech
• Manage a high-value sales pipeline
• Deliver web-based and in-person presentations
• Work closely with a team of BDRs
• Exceed sales goals
• Consultative sales approach

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in B2B SMB/MM tech sales
• Experience selling 5-figure deals
• Consistency in exceeding sales targets
• Ability to manage a complex sales cycle
• Strong presentation skills
• Proven ability to lead negotiations
• Superior communication skills
• Familiarity with SPICED methodology
• Gritty and persistent attitude
