Overview

The Defense Sales & Business Development Manager - Americas will be responsible for driving both sales execution and strategic business development within the defense sector across North America, Central America, and South America, focusing on the United States Department of Defense.

In Short

  • Lead sales execution and business development in the defense sector.

  • Engage with key stakeholders and maintain close relationships with decision-makers.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Utilize CRM tools for tracking lead progression and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • 10+ years of military, defense, and/or intelligence experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development within defense.
  • Strong background in lead generation and closing high-value contracts.
  • Experience in multinational organizations with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of DFARS and procurement pathways.
  • Established network with DoD Program Managers and defense contractors.
  • Experience in developing long-term business strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel internationally.
