Overview

The Lead Insurance Software Engineer is responsible for managing a team of software engineers, overseeing the development of software products and solutions, and ensuring high standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Experience with INGENIUM software and its project lifecycle.
Proven leadership experience in project and team management.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies.
Proficient in programming languages and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Experience working within an Agile environment.
Hands-on experience with various software languages.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
