Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Advanced degree or certifications in reinsurance or business analysis are a plus.
