Overview

The Senior Business Analyst will work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions in the insurance industry, all while working fully remotely.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst
• A degree in Business, IT, or relevant field
• Experience in the insurance industry (Insurtech preferred)
• Health Insurance-related domain certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Basic knowledge of technical development cycles
• Must be based in Canada
