Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Frontify, you will drive customer happiness by advising and guiding a variety of brands, ensuring they successfully adopt and maximize the value of the Frontify platform.

In Short

  • Guide new customers through onboarding and deliver tailored training.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Be the main contact for customer questions and issues.
  • Monitor product usage and drive deeper adoption.
  • Lead renewal conversations and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Align Frontify’s capabilities with customer business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, support, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Experience in SaaS is ideal.
  • Skilled at onboarding and product adoption.
  • Familiar with success metrics like Adoption Rate and NPS.
  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder.
  • Confident in tech and automation.
  • Fluent in English and German.
