In Short

  • Provide immediate onboarding activities.
  • Work with assigned customers to build Customer Success Plans.
  • Manage account escalations.
  • Provide insights on new features in GitLab.
  • Support GitLab Services in identifying training opportunities.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers.
  • Assist in workshops to leverage GitLab solutions.
  • Monitor customer achievement of performance indicators.
  • Translate customer product usage data into actionable advice.
  • Establish regular touchpoints with customers.

Requirements

  • Progressive experience in customer advocacy and engagement.
  • Understanding of Git and branching strategies.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Understanding of continuous integration and DevSecOps.
