  • Assist with managing the general inbox and prioritizing requests.
  • Support content scheduling on social media if applicable.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in CRM and order management systems.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with OpenCart is a plus.
  • Proficient in handling administrative tasks.
