Director of Business Operations & Strategic Execution - Remote

Now, we’re focused on leveling up our systems, structure, and operational discipline to go even bigger.

We’re hiring a Director of Business Operations & Strategic Execution — a senior operator to help run the machine, organize the chaos, and drive the next stage of scale.

This role reports directly to the COO and works closely with the CEO, acting as an operational quarterback and cross-functional integrator. You’ll bring structure, process, and executional horsepower to everything we do — from strategic planning to team coordination to project delivery.

In Short

• Implement and maintain systems, scorecards, cadences, and SOPs that power execution.
• Own cross-functional operating rhythms — meetings, priorities, and accountability.
• Track progress on top priorities across the org and keep the entire company moving in sync.
• Partner with leadership on quarterly and annual planning.
• Translate company goals into actionable roadmaps, project plans, and execution frameworks.
• Run mission-critical initiatives from end to end — from scoping through delivery.
• Act as the connective tissue across departments — ops, product, growth, CX, creative.
• Help define roles, responsibilities, and performance standards across teams.
• Support hiring and onboarding processes to scale the team effectively.
• Elevate how we work — through documentation, enablement, and continuous improvement.
