The Director of Business Operations & Strategy plays a key role in driving strategic execution, aligning global monetization strategies, and optimizing processes to scale advertising revenue at Avolta, a leading travel experience company.

Requirements

• Expertise in Media/Marketing, Digital Advertising, or Retail Monetization.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to optimize ROI.
• Experience in stakeholder leadership across large organizations.
• Fluent in English; additional language is an asset.
• Ability to communicate strategies effectively to senior leadership.
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
• Travel required for customer-facing activities.
