Currently, we are looking for a Sales Manager in the financial services sector on behalf of a client. The position offers a lot of creative freedom and can be performed remotely.

In Short

• Active lead generation and further development of the sales funnel
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at the decision-maker level
• Planning and conducting customer meetings including closing negotiations
• Analyzing market and competitive data to develop sales strategies
• Maintaining and strategically using the CRM for targeted sales activities
• Developing and implementing campaigns for lead generation and customer retention
• Supporting the external appearance, e.g., through presentations or content contributions

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in the field of financial services, accounting, or FinTech
• Strong communication skills, confident appearance, and pronounced negotiation skills
• Structured, independent working style, and high self-motivation
• High customer orientation and a feel for different target groups
• Interest in digital financial solutions and new technologies
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
