For our client Maniko Nails, we are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager.

As our new Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Paid Media strategy. You will optimize campaigns with a clear focus on performance and ROI, while also serving as a strategic partner to support and develop the marketing team with your expertise and data-driven insights.

In Short

• Plan, implement, and optimize media buying strategies on platforms such as Meta and Google.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure paid media actions align with overarching business goals.
• Continuously analyze and evaluate campaign performance to make data-driven optimizations.
• Budget planning and management.
• Provide guidance and development for junior media buyers within the team.
• Maintain and expand productive relationships with key platform and agency partners.

Requirements

• Experience in Media Buying: You have at least 5 years of practical experience, particularly on platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Proven success in optimizing paid media campaigns in the DTC environment – you understand how to maximize reach and increase conversions.
• An analytical mindset: You make data-driven decisions while also keeping the creative direction of campaigns in mind.
• Communication and teamwork skills: You work closely with various departments and effectively contribute your expertise.
• Responsibility and hands-on mentality: You take initiative, assume responsibility for your projects, and actively drive results.
