Overview

The Director of Strategic Business Operations will partner with the SVP Product to drive strategic innovation and operational excellence within the Cross-Workflow Outbound Product Management team at ServiceNow.

• Ability to develop business cases and financial metrics.
• Experience in financial planning processes.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success.
• Effective communicator in technical and business contexts.
