Investigation Support Specialist I - Remote

Overview

The Investigation Support Specialist I is responsible for conducting pre-surveillance research and editing investigative reports to meet company standards, supporting investigative operations throughout the United States.

In Short

• Full-time position covering weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday, 8am-5pm PST).
• Conduct database research via the internet and industry databases.
• Review and analyze case notes to determine pertinent information.
• Complete detailed reports on findings within designated timeframes.
• Edit investigative reports for formatting and grammatical issues.
• Alert managers to any issues related to investigative quality.
• Update corporate case management system with investigative notes.
• Requires intuitive ability to search for relevant information.
• Knowledge of social media platforms is essential.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in teams.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, minimum of High School Diploma.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• PC literate, including MS Office products.
