In Short

• Provide end-to-end support for key customers.
• Proactively anticipate customer needs and identify opportunities.
• Support marketing strategies to create new customer relationships.
• Communicate frequently with customers regarding updates and concerns.
• Identify upsell and product opportunities.
• Manage deliverables to meet strategic objectives.
• Participate in customer visits and trade shows.
• Collaborate with internal departments for customer success.
• Utilize customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Complete customer requests and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Dependable and self-motivated.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with JDE and Microsoft Dynamics is desirable.
