Overview

Broadvoice is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to ensure they are taking advantage of all applicable product capabilities and help to resolve any potential issue or risk.

In Short

  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs.
  • Manage and work cases in the Customer Success Queue.
  • Handle contract renewals for customers.
  • Conduct proactive health reviews and outreach to at-risk customers.
  • Assist with customer questions regarding accounts and contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client engagement.
  • Experience in UCaaS or comparable telephony industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in driving successful solution-oriented client engagement.
  • Experience handling difficult business challenges.
  • Experience in UCaaS or similar telephony industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Rev.io, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient with technology and able to create professional presentations.
